2024 Forma Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
Dear Potential Sponsors,
Thank you for considering financially supporting the 2024 Forma Conference! Over 450 Christian formation practitioners participated in the 2023 conference, and we hope to have even larger participation this year. Attendees are lay and clergy, paid and unpaid leaders from across the country.
One of the biggest benefits of being a sponsor for the 2024 Forma Conference is that you will be helping pilot an entirely new model of our conference. We are calling it “radically hybrid.” Attendees will have multiple options for participation: individually through Zoom, participating in a Local Conference Gathering, or traveling to one of our Episcopal Conference Center locations for a Conference Center Retreat. We have taken all six US time zones into account, so folks from Hawai’i to the East Coast can participate synchronously. We are so excited to try this new distributed learning model because we believe it will offer church leaders accessible, high quality professional development without sacrificing the ability to connect with colleagues in meaningful ways. Furthermore, we look forward to sharing what we learn through this experiment with our partner organizations.

Detailed Description of Sponsorship Benefits
Unlimited tickets for your organization at $120
The individual who registers your organization as a conference sponsor will automatically be registered for the 2024 Forma Conference at no additional cost. All conference sponsors will also receive a code that reveals a hidden, discounted ticket at the $120 price point (Early Bird Registration will be $160, General Registration will be $180). You may share this code with anyone in your organization. Please do not share the code in any public format.
Logo included on conference website & in conference slides
Forma will include your organization in the official list of conference sponsors on their website and in slide decks during the conference.
Ad space in one Forma Monthly Newsletter
Sponsors will be offered space for promotion of an event or product in one of Forma’s Monthly Newsletters. You may request a particular month. Forma reserves the right to assign months. The Forma Monthly Newsletter has over 1,500 subscribers and an open rate of 46.9%.
Materials included in "The Forma Box"
Sponsors can include content in "The Forma Box," which will be mailed in early January to the first 350 participants registered. If desired, you can also send materials to our two Watch Retreat locations. We recommend including items that could be used by Christian formation professionals such as stickers, curriculum samples, discount codes, writing implements, notebooks, etc. We are happy to provide additional guidance upon request.
Host a giveaway during the conference
Hosting a giveaway during the conference offers sponsors an opportunity to highlight one of their products or promote an event. Forma will advertise the giveaway and manage the logistics of the giveaway. If desired, a representative from your organization can announce the winner(s).
Promotion of your content through Forma's social media (over 3,600 followers)
Sponsors may submit content to be posted on Forma’s social media accounts once a week during January 2024. We have over 3,600 followers on Facebook and over 1,800 followers on Instagram.
Ad space in one of Lifelong Learning’s Monthly Newsletters
Sponsors will be offered space for promotion of an event or product in one of Lifelong Learning’s Newsletters. You may request a particular month. Forma reserves the right to assign months. The Lifelong Learning monthly “News & Notes” has over 11,500 subscribers and an open rate of 47%.
