We are excited for your interest in Forma’s Certificate Program. We realize that the cost can be a hardship in receiving this valuable training in ministry. To that end, the Janie Memorial Scholarship fund has been started for the program and is available on a limited basis.

It is our goal to make the certificate programs accessible to everyone who is interested in forming themselves so that they may better form others.
