We have a special rate, $179 per night, available at the Doubletree on Church Street, which is less than one mile from the Cathedral. Click here to register at the Doubletree. That hotel will fill up, so please take advantage and book now!

We are also working with The King Charles Inn. Please call them at 866-546-4700 and mention Forma Annual Conference as you are booking for Jan. 23 – 26 or go online to King Charles Inn Group Reservations, enter their stay dates, click on “have a group code” and then enter code FG12218 for special rates. King Charles Inn is less than 1/2 mile from Grace Cathedral.

There are several hotels very close to our venue, but they are smaller, boutique hotels that do not offer special rates. We also strongly suggest that people look into VRBO, Airbnb, and other similar options. This has been increasingly popular for our conference participants in years past and for our Charleston conference, we are embracing the trend!

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Parking will be available at local, city-owned garages near Grace Cathedral and Memminger Auditorium. Street parking is also available.
